This is a movement that will have an athlete perform a faster forwards pace than walking which will perhaps elevate their heart rate and ask their body to contract more muscle groups, more often, with their being more steps involved in a short time period.

Core

These exercises are to help strengthen the abdominal wall which includes bracing, hollow holds, oblique development, balance and other movements matching the movements often seen in a participant’s day to day activities. We also ensure, through working on our core, that our knees, back, posture and performance are improved by being able to control our legs/arms, stay more upright and control our bodies through more dynamic requests in everyday life and activities.

Increase The Intensity

These exercises use external weight that is available to the participant as resistance for the workout. These workouts provide the opportunity for building muscle, more challenging movement and improving imbalances. Odd objects around the house are at times very useful for these exercises.
