These sessions promote physical activity which has been statistically proven to reduce stress. Our sessions help teams be physically active and, to connect with their co-workers all over the country even globally, in a non-work related way. This helps the working relationships of the team, helps offset time spent sitting and allows people to laugh with other human beings! With highly stressful circumstances in the outside world continuing to be a factor, we are repurposing physical activity to be moving and to be a huge factor in promoting better mental health!
Completing workouts gives people a healthy source of dopamine and endorphins that make them feel good. We are looking to utilize these sessions to combat all the things in life that may feel heavy, stressful or challenging. Our sessions will lift people up, help them become more confident, educated and mindful of all things pertaining to good mental and physical health. All the while, having fun!
