Keeping You Accountable
Time To Work
Through interaction with your coach on our platforms chat feature (picture/video sharing access), we are able to ensure you are guided, supported in your personal fitness journey along with making sure movements are done correctly, safely each week they are presented. Each and every movement has a video attached as a reference and you may be asked to submit a video of yourself doing exercises to your coach so that they can give you valuable feedback! Each time you complete your activity , your coach gets a notification! Talk about accountability! We can make each week and month exactly what you need for that period of time so you are feeling the real impact of having a coach by your side without having to travel to a gym.
